Thoughtful Thursday in 5th grade: learning about different perspectives using The Day the Crayons Quit in preparation for Linked!


5th Grade learning about African American Abstract Expressionist artist Alma Woodsey Thomas, known for her patterns, rhythm, concentric circles and color studies. She was a pioneer in the field of art and education, bringing art to children who were not allowed access to it in schools.
