The Harrington Park School District is proud and excited to share the 2024-2027 HPSD Strategic Plan with the Harrington Park community. This three-year strategic plan is the product of work that started with a series of community sessions in the spring of 2024 and outlines the district's priorities and areas of focus for the next three years. The document captures a forward-thinking vision for student learning in Harrington Park that is centered around preparing our students to be future leaders. The plan conveys both the collected hopes and aspirations of Harrington Park's students, staff, administration, Board of Education, parents, families, and community for the district and the steps the district will take to achieve this vision. Over the next three years, this document will serve as the district's "North Star" as we work to bring this vision to life and ensure that Harrington Park students will continue to "Lead the Way," regardless of how the world looks five, ten, or twenty years from now.
