As we wrap up this week, today was the annual HSA Book Bonanza and PreK-3 staff read aloud to kick off Read Across America Week. Be sure to check out HP’s Social Media for the very special staff surprise at the read aloud today.

We want to wish families celebrating Ramadan a peaceful and fulfilling holiday.

Next week is Read Across America. Please take a minute to review the themes:

  • Monday, March 3rd- Don’t Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late: Wear your cozy Pajamas!

In February, across grade levels, we continue to honor and celebrate Black History Month through a variety of lessons and projects. Below is a snapshot of some work to date.

* Specialists have been highlighting artists, musicians, inventors and athletes regarding their contribution to those areas and their impact as Americans

Registration is now open for Camp Innovation Summer 2025! Camp Innovation will be running again this summer from June 30-August 1 at Harrington Park School. The camp will run from 12:30-3pm unless you choose the lunch option with pickup from NVCamp. Further information and registration forms can be found on our website (www.campinnovationnj.com). About NVSC: Northern Valley Soccer Club is a 100% volunteer non-profit organization formed byadministrators and coaches in Old Tappan, Norwood, Northvale and Harrington Park. The coaches and administrators wanted to create competitive teams chosen byopen tryouts for boys and girls at the US through U15 playing levels from the four Northern Valley towns and nearby communities. New teams are formed every year based on the tryouts and trainer evaluations. The goal of the dub is to develop the skills of the children as well as establish a feeder soccer program to the Northern Valley Old Tappan High School. Professional soccer trainers assist at all levels in our program. Trainers participate byassisting with tryouts, in addition to coaching and training our players and teams.
